Bhubaneswar: The number of recovered patients from COVID-19 crossed 18,000 in Odisha with 687 more cases added to the list on Tuesday.
Ganjam district reported the highest number of recoveries of 307 on the day. While 59 patients recovered in Jagatsinghpur district, 52 got around in Bhadrak, 35 in Nayagarh, 30 in Jharsuguda, 25 in Jajpur, 24 in Cuttack, 23 in Gajapati, 18 in Malkangiri, 17 in Koraput, 16 in Kandhamal, 14 in Keonjhar, 12 in Bargarh, 11 each in Balasore, Kendrapara, and Sambalpur and 10 in Rayagada.
The Covid-19 recovered cases in other districts are as follow:
5 in Angul
3 in Nabarangpur
2 in Kalahandi
1 each in Balangir and Sundargarh
With today’s figure, the total COVID-19 recovered cases in the state went up to 18,060 against the positive cases of 28,107 with 1215 new cases reported from 28 districts on Tuesday.
With 147 deaths and 17,373 recoveries, Odisha now has 10,545 active cases.
