COVID Tally Crosses 800 In Odisha’s Ganjam, Details Here
Ganjam: Ganjam district reported 57 new corona positive cases on Saturday, taking the district’s tally to 853.
Of the new cases, four were reported from Surada, two each from Aska, Bhanjanagar, Bellaguntha, JNP and KS Nagar, one each from BeMC, Polsara, Ganjam, Buguda, Sanakhemundi, and Khallikot, Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange tweeted.

Besides, 31 more active contact cases were reported. These included six each from KS Nagar and Patrapur, five from Purushottampur block, three from Bhanjanagar, two each from Bellaguntha, BeMC and Shergarh, and one each from Chikiti, Dharakote, Kallikote, Kukudakhandi and Surada.
Six of them are corona warriors of which three are from BeMC and one each from Chikiti, Sanakhemunidi and Sheragada.
All the affected were shifted to the COVID hospital, the collector added.
With six deaths and 641 recoveries, Ganjam now has 206 active cases.
