Bhubaneswar: A complaint was filed against BJD leader Arup Patnaik at Begunia police station on Monday for allegedly not wearing a mask and violating social distancing norms during a visit to Gadamanitri village to meet members of a family injured in LPG cylinder blast, a local channel reported.
