Bhubaneswar: Two bike-borne miscreants snatched a gold earring from an elderly woman in Shailashree Vihar area under Chandrasekharpur police limits in the early morning on Tuesday.
According to sources, elderly woman Shantilata Behera (70) had gone outside her house to collect flowers when the miscreants came from behind and snatched the earring.

After the woman shouted, locals rushed to the spot and informed the police.
Efforts are on to identify the miscreants from the CCTV footage in the locality, police said.
