Cuttack: The Commissionerate Police on Monday arrested two persons from a hotel located at College Square in Cuttack in connection with a prostitution ring.
The arrested were identified as Rakesh Sahoo and Subhash Pradhan, police sources said.
Cops raided the hotel are nabbed the two accused while two females were rescued. However, the manager of the hotel and the alleged kingpin of the racket managed to escape.
