Bhubaneswar: With a cyclonic storm brewing in Bay of Bengal, light to moderate rainfall is likely at many places in coastal Odisha from October 23-25, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Monday.

“The Deep Depression over westcentral Bay of Bengal moved northeastwards during past 6 hours with a speed of 8 kmph and lay centered at 5.30 am today over the same region, about 400 km south of Paradip (Odisha), 550 km south-southwest of Digha (West Bengal) and 690 km south-southwest of Khepupara (Bangladesh).
