Mumbai: With just a week left for ‘Alpha’ to hit theatres, Alia Bhatt kicked off the final countdown by sharing a new set of intense stills from the film.
The action-packed images offer another glimpse of her fierce avatar, building excitement for one of the year’s most-awaited releases.
Along with the photos, Alia wrote, “7 days to go. #Alpha releasing in cinemas from July 3.”
Reacting to Alia’s post, a fan wrote, “The countdown has officially begun. Can’t wait to watch Alia own the big screen.”
Another posted, “7 days to go! So ready to watch Alia redefine what a female action hero looks like.”

Recently, Alia opened up about filming ‘Alpha’, describing it as one of the most enjoyable experiences she has ever had on a movie set.
“I had such a good time making Alpha. It’s probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had on a film set. There was something really exciting about stepping into this world of action, scale, and adventure. It pushed me in ways I hadn’t experienced before, and I loved every bit of it. What she loved the most was that at the heart of it “were two women leading all the action. We don’t get to see that very often and I had a lot of fun being part of that. Alpha is a celebration of attitude and a celebration at the movies,” she said.
Produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Shiv Rawail ‘Alpha’, the seventh instalment in the YRF Spy Universe, is set to hit theatres on July 3.
The film also stars Sharvari, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol in the lead roles, with Hrithik Roshan making a cameo appearance.
