Bhubaneswar: Asit Kumar Tripathy on Monday took charge as the new chief secretary of Odisha.
The1986-batch IAS officer took charge from his predecessor Aditya Prasad Padhi, who had resigned on August 14 after assuming office of the State Election Commissioner (SEC).
