Bhubaneswar: Members of Aam Admi Party (AAP) staged a mass demonstration before Reserve Bank of India (RBI) here on Wednesday while observing demonetization’s first anniversary as ‘Fraud Day’.
“The people of Odisha should know the ill-effects of note ban on the Indian economy. Demonetization has largely affected different sectors, including small industries, farmers, businessmen and youths”, AAP state convenor Nishikant Mohapatra, who led the protest.
Among others party members, Soumya Swain, Sushant Pradhan, Debasis Mohapatra, Suvendu Jena, Pravin Gupta, Debasis Chakra and Chirag Rath were present.
