Akhandalamani Temple In Odisha’s Bhadrak To Reopen; Know Details Here
Bhadrak: The famous Baba Akhandalamani temple in Odisha’s Bhadrak district will reopen from December 28. However, preference will be given to servitors and their families.
Announcing this on Monday, Bhadrak collector Gyana Das said the places of worship in the district will reopen for public from January 3 amid COVID-19 protocols.
Servitor and their families will be allowed on December 28 and 29 while locals of Aradi, Nandapur, Olaga and Sundarpur can have darshan on December 30 and 31.
On January 1 and 2, the Akhandalamani Temple will remain closed for public, sources in the collectorate stated.
Jagannath temple in Puri temple will reopen on December 23 while public will be allowed from January 3.
The SOPs are as follows:
Social distance of minimum 6 feet among people in the premises of religious institutions shall be maintained
Use of masks & hand sanitiser are mandatory
No person shall be allowed to enter the religious premises having symptoms of fever, cough and cold and if COVID positive.
Management Committee or Head of religious institution shall furnish an undertaking before the local IIC for compliance of COVID-19 protocols before opening the religious institutions.
Local Tehsildar and IIC shall ensure enforcement of COVID-19 guidelines under direct supervision of Sub-Collector & SDM, Bhadrak.
