And The Class XII CBSE Result Is Out! Here’s How Odisha Schools Have Fared

Bhubaneswar: Shalini Sheetal of Mother’s Public School is the Odisha topper in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Class-XII board exams. The CBSE result was declared on Thursday.

She has secured 488 marks out of 500.

Result in Odisha Schools

DAV Chandrasekharpur

In DAV, Chandrasekharpur, in Science stream, out of the 365 students who appeared, 192 scored more than 90  per cent and 50 students more than 95  per cent. The school average is the highest at 87.24.

Three hundred and sixty students scored more than 60 per cent marks.

Meera Upasana, Ankita Sareen and Swastika Samanta scored 98 per cent , 97.8 per cent  and 97.4 respectively, bagging the best three positions of the school.

Many students scored full marks in Maths, Biology, Physical Education and Economics.

In the Commerce stream, out of the 50 students who appeared, 15 secured more than 90 per cent and four more than 95.

The school average in Commerce is 80.31 per cent; Mayank Agrawal with 96.6 per cent, Ananyarupa Tripathy with 96 per cent and Saraj Jaiswal with 95.8 per cent captured the first three positions in the school.

Likewise in Humanities, all 18 students secured more than 60 per cent marks.

 

SAI International School

Students from all the streams, Science, Commerce and Humanities have done exceptionally well in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) 2019 with the school highest of 97.6 per cent in the Science stream by Rosy Dash followed by Ishita Patnaik and Pratham Agarwal as the joint state toppers and the second position holders in the school securing 97.2 per cent in the Commerce stream.

SAI International School has a track record of 100 per cent first divisioners over the years.

In the Science stream, Rosy Dash is the School topper with an aggregate of 97.6 per cent, followed by Anurag Patra with 97 per cent.

In Commerce stream, Ishita Patnaik and Pratham Agarwal jointly became the state toppers and bagged an aggregate of 97.2 per cent.

Humanities stream topper Nishka Mishra secured 96.4 per cent.

BJEM School

Out of the 188 students who appeared in the Science stream, 46 students secured 90 per cent and above, while 175 students got a first division.

Sattwik Mishra with 97.2 per cent is the school topper in Science.

Jayabrata Dash with 95.8 per cent is the school topper in Commerce.

DAV Pokhariput

Bhubaneswar: Students of DAV Public School, Pokhariput are overjoyed because of their achievements in the recently published CBSE Class- XII AISSCE-2019.

Out of 194 students who appeared in the AISSCE examination in the Science stream 54 students got above 90 per cent, exhibiting a fabulous performance.

The position holders in Science stream are: Apurba Parida (96%), Amogh Pati and Smruti Mohanty (95.8%), Ishan Subhankar Pradhan (95.6%) and in Commerce, Adarsh Kumar Dora (97.4%), Ankit Sahu  (95.6%) and Pancy Pialee Baliarsingh and Nirlipta Rath (93.8%) respectively.

 

DAV, Unit-VIII

In the Science stream, Disha Agrawal and Manavesh Pradhan have brought laurels to the school by securing the first position with 97.6 per cent.

Soubhagya Ranjan Sethi and Anuska Routray have secured the second position with 97.2 per cent.

Rashmi Ranjan Das has secured the third position with 96.8 per cent.

All 324 students have passed and 322 students got first class.

In the Commerce stream, the highest percentage of 96.4 per cent has been secured by Deepika Bothra.

ODM Public School

In the Science stream, Prayusha Swaim has secured the first position with 97 per cent, Swagat Nayak and Sagar Samal are in the second position with 96.2 per cent, while Rishab Agrawal secured the third position with 95 per cent.

In the Commerce stream, Chetan Agrawal is the school topper with 96 per cent.

 

KiiT International School

KiiT International School (KiiT-IS) has reported 100 per cent first division result in all the three streams – Science, Commerce and Humanities.

Sammichha Garg, Ashis Panda and Ananya Sritam Nanda topped the Science, Commerce and Humanities streams with 98 per cent, 97 per cent  and 96 per cent respectively. Remarkably, 30 per cent students have scored above 90 per cent marks.
