Rairangpur: One person was killed and another sustained injuries after an auto-rickshaw overturnied in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district in Monday.
The deceased is Sabitri Lohar, an anganwadi worker of Kucheibudhi village while the injured is Lohar’s colleague Gurubaria Majhi.

They were going to get Corona vaccine shots at Gorumahisani hospital in an auto-rickshaw, when the driver lost control over the vehicle near Sundala village under Gorumahisani police limits.
Locals rushed the injured to Rairangpur Hospital where Lohar was declared dead.
Majhi was shifted to PRM Hospital in Baripada after her condition deteriorated.
Police reached the spot and a probe is on.
