New Delhi: Israel’s caretaker Prime Minster Yair Lapid congratulated on Thursday his rival Benjamin Netanyahu on his “victory”, conceding defeat two days after the country went to the polls.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Benjamin Netanyahu for his success in the Israeli general elections and said he looks forward to continuing their joint efforts to deepen the India-Israel strategic partnership.
