Bhubaneswar: Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University (SOA) here was conferred with the ‘Excellence in the Field of Education’ honour at ‘Vikshit Bharat-Vision of New India’ conclave held at New Delhi recently.
Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari presented the award to SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof Pradipta Kumar Nanda and Public Relations Officer Subhadarshini Mishra at the conclave organised by a news channel.
Officer-on-Special Duty to SOA Founder President Manojranjan Nayak, Pritam Nayak, was also present.
Nanda spoke about the various initiatives undertaken by SOA aligned to the Vikshit Bharat 2047 vision.
The programme was also attended by Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sport Raksha Phadse and Advisor to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Awanish Kumar Awasthi.
