Big B & Rajinikanth To Reunite After 32 Years; Check Details

Mumbai: Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan are set to reunite on the big screen.

Having worked together in box-office hits like ‘Hum’, ‘Andhaa Kaanoon’ and ‘Geraftaar’, the two legends of Indian cinema will be sharing the screen space after almost 32 years in the upcoming film ‘Thalaivar 170’.

It will be the 170th film of Rajinikanth’s career, hence the title of the film.

The 72-year-old Rajinikanth, who recently wrapped up the shoot of ‘Jailer’, is also working on ‘Lal Salaam’.

Once he completes the two movies, he will start working with ‘Jai Bhim’ director TJ Gnanavel’s next project ‘Thalaivar 170’.

The 80-year-old Bachchan will play an important role in the film, IndiaToday.in reported.

The last time 80-year-old Bachchan featured with Rajini was in the 1991-released ‘Hum’, directed by Mukul S Anand.

‘Thalaivar 170’ is likely to be bankrolled by Lyca Productions.

The film is expected to take off later this year.
