Mumbai: From travelling to Dubai for Baklava to carrying more than 800 sarees on the show, ‘Bigg Boss 19’ contestant Tanya Mittal keeps making headlines for her lavish lifestyle and VIP image.
In one of the episodes of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show, Tanya shared that she is compromising a lot in the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, when in reality she travels from Gwalior to Agra just to have cold coffee in a specific garden behind the Taj Mahal.
While it raised eyebrows both inside and outside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, making people doubt the authenticity of Tanya’s claims, the influencer’s team has now shared a video of her at the Taj Mahal to validate her statement.
“Kaash Mumtaz ne bhi kabhi raat ko Taj Mahal dekha hota ( I wish Mumtaz had also seen Taj Mahal at night),” Tanya is heard saying in the clip while travelling in a car.
Tanya, dressed in a maroon saree, is seen walking towards the Taj View Point, located at the Mehtab Bagh.
“Yahan pe maine do Taj Mahal dekhe. Raat ko Yamuna nadi Taj Mahal ka aaina ban jati hai. Aur yahan par aapko do Taj dikhte hai. Chaand ki roshni mein Taj Mahal ko dekhna meri life ka sab se khubsurat experience tha (Here I can see two Taj Mahals. At night, river Yamuna becomes a mirror for the Taj Mahal. That’s why you can see two Taj Mahals. Seeing the Taj Mahal in the moonlight is the most beautiful experience of my life.),” the social media influencer tells her fans.
Admiring the stunning view of the white marble mausoleum, Tanya informs her fans about the Supreme Court order, which prohibits lights around the monument.
“Taj Mahal sach me batata hai ki shayad saccha pyaar hamesha adhoora hi reh jata hai (The Taj Mahal really tells that perhaps true love is always incomplete),” she shared.

For the unversed, Tanya told Neelam Giri in an earlier episodes that she is quite particular and choosy about certain things.
“Yahan toh logon ko kuch nahi pata, main bahut down-to-earth hone ka natak karti hun. Coffee peene pata hai main kaise jaati hun? Gwalior se jaaungi Agra, vahan se coffee khareedke peeti nahi hun, vo coffee thandi honi chahiye bilkul, toh icebox saath chalta hai. Coffee usmein rakhi jaayegi aur fir Taj Mahal ke peeche ek garden hai, uss garden mein jo bench hai, vahan bethke peeti hun vo coffee. Yeh basic hai mera, (People in this house don’t know anything about me. I pretend to be very down-to-earth in this house. Do you know where do I go to have my coffee?I travel to Agra from Gwalior, then I buy some coffee for myself, but I don’t drink it right away….my coffee should be cold, so I carry an ice-box with me. I keep my coffee in the ice-box, then there is a garden behind the Taj Mahal…I sit on a bench in that garden and then have my cold coffee..This is basic in my life…),” Tanya said.
