Dhenkanal: Protesting against inordinate delay in the repair and expansion of the National Highway, BJD activists blocked the key arterial road at several places in Dhenkanal parliamentary constituency on Saturday.
According to reports, the protesters blocked the NH in Angul, Dhenkanal and NH-49 and 149 in Pallahara. Vehicular traffic was disrupted for over two hours due to the blockade.
