Jajpur: Unidentified miscreants on Thursday hurled a bomb allegedly targeting Jenapur police station in Jajpur district.
A home guard, identified as Prakash Sahu, sustained grievous injuries in the incident. He was rushed to SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack, in a critical condition.
According to police sources, some youths of the same locality are suspected to be behind the act. However, a probe from all angles is being conducted to nab the accused.
