Mumbai: Keeping in mind the safety of actors in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ makers have decided to shoot the film indoors, at Yash Raj studios.
As per reports, a large portion of the film was already shot at Abu Dhabi before the lockdown.
The film’s director Varun V Sharma has no
w decided to shoot the last portion of the film at Yash Raj Studios. It will include a special dance number featuring all four lead actors — Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukherji, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari.
This song is one of the most important parts of the film.
“There was a lot of discussion among Aditya Chopra and Varun Sharma about shooting the song indoors, but they have decided to go ahead with the plan in a controlled environment and with minimum staff. Once the permissions are taken, the track is scheduled to be shot in August,” said the source.
‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ is a sequel to the 2005 romcom ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, which starred Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji as the lead pair.
