New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED) six days ago in a money-laundering case linked to the now-scrapped Delhi liquor policy, didn’t receive any interim relief on Wednesday from Delhi High Court.
The court issued notice on his petition challenging arrest and ED remand, as well as on interim relief plea, reported Live Law.
ED will have to reply by April 3, when the matter will next be heard.
Kejriwal’s ED remand will end on March 28, when he will appear before high court.
