Bhubaneswar: Odisha continues to experience chilly nights. Daringbadi was the coldest place in the state on Thursday night recording a minimum temperature of 9 degrees Celsius.
Other places which recorded night temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius were Sundergarh (13), Baripada (13.4), Balasore (13.6), Jharsuguda (12.6), Hirakud (13.3), Keonjhar (11.2), Chandbali (13.4), Sambalpur (14.4), Talcher (14), Bolangir (13.5), Sonepur (12.9), Angul (13.6), Cuttack (14), Titlagarh (11), Boudh (14.5), Phulbani (10), Bhubaneswar (14.4), Bhawanipatna (12.4), Chatrapur (14), Koraput (11.5) and Rayagada (14).
Phlubani and Sonepur recorded dense fog.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued Yellow warning for dense fog for several districts: Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Nabarangpur, Koraput and Malkangiri districts.
