The Odisha government has always accorded highest priority to the public delivery system and through sincere efforts during these years, a stable and responsive administrative framework has been put in place in the state, which you would be required to carry forward,” the CM said while addressing the newly-recruited officers.

The focus of the state administration has been to bring improvement in the quality of life of the people through an effective, conducive and transparent system of governance. Encouraging team spirit, ensuring transparency and effectively using technology to provide last mile delivery of services to people has been the talisman of our administrative system.
