Rourkela: The containment zone order was lifted from Basanti Colony in the city on Tuesday.
The Rourkela Municipal Corporation took the decision after no new COVID-19 cases were detected in the area, an official notification said.

The street starting from Qr. No: DM -20 to DM – 29, the street starting
from Qr. No: DM-3 to DM -13, the roads connecting the main road of the above-mentioned boundaries and the street starting from Qr. No: FE-121 to FE-133 and Leprosy Pada main gate area were earlier barricaded for active surveillance and contact tracing of the positive cases.
