Bhubaneswar: Police have allowed puja committees in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack to hold musical soirees and use loud speakers till midnight during Durga Puja.
Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi informed this to the media on Saturday.
Earlier, the puja committees were allowed to conduct soirees only till 10 pm.
