Don’t Post Fake News About My Health On Social Media, Says Papu Pom Pom

Bhubaneswar: Ollywood comedy king Tatwa Prakash Satpathy aka Papu Pom Pom on Thursday urged the people not to post fake news about his health on social media.

“I have found that there have been a series of posts on Facebook by some people at regular intervals about my death. Why are you posting such fake news? I thank those who are posting such fake news because such news will increase my longevity,” he said in a video release to the media after his return from New Delhi on Thursday night.

Papu said after he was discharged from the AIIMS in New Delhi on July 10, the doctors had asked him to visit the institute every month for a routine check-up.

“So as per their advice, I had gone to AIIMS for a routine check-up two days ago. Should I tell the media about my visit? I request the people and my well-wishers to stay away from such fake news about my health. I was with you and I will remain with you in the future. Doctors have told me that I have recovered from the illness,” he added.
