Bhubaneswar: Senior Congress leader and former MLA of Ersama Bijaya Kumar Nayak passed away at a private hospital here on Wednesday morning. He was 70.
Nayak was elected to the Assembly from Ersama in Jagatsinghpur district on a Congress ticket in 1995.
