Mumbai: Newly-married celebrity couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala attracted attention at the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit 2025 (WAVES) in Mumbai recently.
As fans spotted Sobhita covering her belly with her saree, they started speculating the actress was expecting her first child and, hence, trying to hide the news from paparazzi.
While Chaitanya looked charming in a black bandhgala, Sobhita opted for a henna-hued shimmery saree for the event.
Earlier also, Sobhita was seen wearing loose-fitting clothes on several occasions, fuelling pregnancy rumours.
However, a member from Sobhita’s family put to rest the rumours by clarifying that the actress is not pregnant.
“She wore anti-fit, not maternity. It’s amazing how a change in silhouette can birth a whole new storyline,” the family member told ETimes.
Sobhita and Chaitanya tied the knot on December 4 in the presence of close family members and friends at the family’s Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.
