Even Bollywood stars are keen to join the bandwagon.
The likes of Madhuri Dixit, Saif Ali Khan, Manoj Bajpayee, Raveena Tandon, Abhishek Bachchan, Sushmita Sen, Kay Kay Menon, R Madhavan and Sonakshi Sinha have already tasted success.
Is Salman Khan preparing to take the plunge as well?
According to a report in Bollywood Life, Salman bhai is keen to explore the action genre, which has been his forte on the big screen, on OTT too.
Salman reportedly loves the OTT web series concept, and has zeroed in on an action-based script that will showcase the swag of the superstar.
According to the report, the project is at a very early stage and the makers don’t want to reveal any detail.
Right now, Salman is focusing on ‘Tiger 3’, and also has ‘Pathaan vs Tiger’ – co-starring Shah Rukh Khan – on his plate.
It will only be after completing Yash Raj Films’ spyverse projects that Salman can give time to his proposed web series debut.
So however exciting this may sound for his fans, it has to wait.
