In what is possibly a reaction to Hyundai Venue, Ford has reduced the prices of its popular compact SUV – Ecosport and has also introduced a new variant named Thunder.
The prices of Ecosport now start at Rs 7.68 lakh. The top end model is priced at Rs 11.33 lakh.

The new mid-variant Thunder has new dual-tone cabin sports cognac (brown) accents on the front seats, door panels, central console and instrument panel. It also has an electric sunroof and a 9.0-inch infotainment system without Ford’s Sync3 and embedded navigation.
The engines are the same on the Thunder variant, 123hp, 1.5-litre petrol and the 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine option.
