Four More COVID-19 Deaths In Ganjam, Odisha Toll Rises To 56

Ganjam: Coronavirus claimed four more lives in Odisha, taking the death toll to 56 on Friday.

Details:

  1. A 41-year-old man of Ganjam district. He was suffering from hypertension.
  2. A 58-year-old man of Ganjam district.
  3. A 48-year-old man of Ganjam district. He was also suffering from Diabetes.
  4. A 32-year-old man of Ganjam district. He was also suffering from Diabetes.

They passed away while undergoing treatment at COVID hospital, the Health Department sources said.

Two more COVID-19 patients died due to other health complications, the sources added.

With these new deaths reported on Friday, Ganjam’s toll rose to 33.

The virus had earlier claimed nine lives in Khurda, five in Cuttack and one each in Puri, Angul, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Rayagada, Sundargarh, Gajapati, Bhadrak and Bargarh districts.
