Bhubaneswar: Google’s Files Go app is now available in Odia language.
This popular new app helps users squeeze out space on their phones, backup, share and organise better. It automatically recognises unused apps, large files, multiple copies, low-res graphics and even memes.
“Smartphone users with data storage capacity of as low as 4GB often struggle to keep on top of the storage space on their phones and are constantly having to choose between what to keep or delete. Since launch average user in India is saving 1GB of space and has shared many files with others without using data,” said Josh Woodword, Group Product Manager, Next Billion Users, Google.
The app works on all Android phones working on Android Lollipop (v5.0) and above. The app is a lite 4.3 MB download.
Besides Odia, the app is available in other Indian languages like Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
