Cuttack: Tension ran high at the headquarters office of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) here on Tuesday following a scuffle between the police and the activists of Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).
Sources said a group of ABVP activists arrived at the Board office in the morning and entered the office building after breaking the main gate despite the resistance by the security guards.
The activists later staged a dharna in the ground floor of the building demanding action against the culprits in connection with the leakage of MIL (Odia) and English question papers of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations which is underway.
Following information, a team of commissionerate police led by DCP Akhileswar Singh rushed to the spot and arrested the agitating ABVP activists after dragging them out of the Board office building premises.
