Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm coupled with rain, lightning and gusty wind is likely to lash at least two districts of Odisha on Saturday evening, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning.
In a message issued at 4.10 pm, the weather agency sounded an orange warning for Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapada districts within next three hours.

Moderate thunderstorm with moderate rain along with wind speed reaching 40 kmph and lightning may hit these districts during the period.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and be ready to move to safer places accordingly to be safe from lightning strike.
