India Fights COVID-19: PM Modi’s Next Interaction With Chief Ministers On April 27

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold his next interaction with the chief ministers, via video conference, on April 27 (Monday) to discuss the coronavirus situation in the country.

The nation is in the midst of Lockdown 2.0, which is scheduled to last till May 3.

The Union government has eased certain restrictions in some sectors from April 20. But the government has also identified 170 districts across the country as hotspots.

With the nationwide lockdown entering the last week on Monday, PM Modi is expected to seek the views of state heads on the possibility of lifting the lockdown.

Following his previous interaction with chief ministers last week, the Prime Minister had extend Lockdown 1.0 which was in place till April 15.
