New Delhi: Some food fusions taste good individually but not together. Well, millions swear by dosa and ice cream, but what if both rolled into one and served to you! It would turn out to be a nightmare for sure.
A dosa vendor of Delhi has done exactly this, tried rolling masala dosa into an ice-cream. Going by the tweets and Insta comments, not many appreciate the fusion.
An Instagram post of ‘Masala Dosa’ ice-cream has gone viral, and, nobody’s having it. “Delhi ka special masala dosa icecream,” says the caption accompanying the post.
The vendor can be seen making masala dosa, brutally smashing it and then whipping in some dollops of ice cream, mashing all together and then making mini ice cream dosa rolls, served with the regular dosa chutney.
Some praised the creativity of the vendor but termed the combination a blasphemy and murder.
The video has been viewed over 1.5 million times and garnered many disgusted reactions from netizens. While some termed the bizarre dish as a nightmare, others were simply horrified at the massacre of their favourite snack.
