Mumbai: Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ has not only left cash registers ringing at the box office, the film’s songs have also created history by entering the global music charts.
As the craze for ‘Dhurandhar’ songs gripped fans globally, Priyanka Chopra’s husband, American singer Nick Jonas, and his brothers shared a video dancing to the song ‘Shararat’ from the film.
Nick captioned the post as, “New pre show hype song unlocked.”
Ranveer, who has played the lead role in ‘Dhurandhar’, reacted to Nick’s post by commenting, “Hahahahahaa JIJUUUU JAAANE DEEEEE (laughing face and red heart emoticons).”
Nick responded, “Bhai! Dhurandhar title track is up next! Love to you and the family! Let’s go!”

Sung by Jasmine Sandlas, Madhubanti Bagchi and Shashwat Sachdev, the song was picturised on Ayesha Khan and Krystle D’Souza.
Written, directed and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ is inspired by real-life events, including the 2001 Parliament attack and the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.
Ranveer apart, the film stars Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi in key roles, along with Manav Gohil, Danish Pandor, Saumya Tandon, Gaurav Gera and Naveen Kaushik in supporting roles.
