Keonjhar: Irked over frequent power cuts, locals of Patna block in Keonjhar district ghearoed Turumunga sub-station here on Sunday.
“Unannounced and long power cuts have affected several areas under the block. People, especially students and the elderly, have to suffer all the day without electricity,” an agitator alleged.

The protestors urged the authorities to resolve the issue. They withdrew the agitation after the officials concerned assured them of prompt action to resolve the problem.
