Bhubaneswar: Odisha won their first medal in rowing at the Khelo India Youth Games 2023 in Madhya Pradesh.
Sourabh, Kapeesh Kumar, Rahul Rathore and Chandan Raja Swain bagged silver medal in JM4X rowing event on Wednesday.

Odisha took their tally to 24 medals – 10 gold, 5 silver, 9 bronze – to retain their fifth place in the standings.
Odisha are eyeing more medals, especially in hockey. Both the U-18 teams stormed into the semifinals after the girls beat Punjab 4-0 and boys routed Chandigarh 7-4 in their respective final pool stage matches.
