Bhubaneswar: Train services were affected for the second day on Friday due to the ongoing ‘Maha Bandh’ in and around Sambalpur. The Central Action Committee (CAC) of All Western Odisha Bar Association (AWOBA) had called for the 48-hour bandh, demanding a permanent High Court bench in western Odisha.
