In several posters and banners found in Parampanga-Sukingia area under Baliguda block of Kandhamal district on Wednesday, the Baghuna divisional committee of the outlawed outfit urged people to boycott Assembly and Lok Sabha polls, reject brokers and corrupt government officials and to let revolutionary leaders form the government.
