Miller Murdered Near Women’s College Police station In Odisha’s Sunabeda
Sunabeda: A 52-year-old resident of Rajiv Colony here was brutally killed Saturday night in front of Women’s College police station while he was returning from Milan Market to his house on a scooty.
The murder of miller Daya Bagh with sharp instruments has panicked the tiny town. Bagh had a mill at Milan Market where he used to grind rice, wheat and jawar among other grains.
Korapur Additional Superintendent of Police Utkal Ranjan Das, sub-divisional police officer Manoj Behera, Sunabeda IIC Pradyumna Mohapatra, Semilliguda IIC Kireswar Sahu and ASI Sarat Bisoi along with scientific team have launched investigation into the incident.
The body has been shifted to Koraput for postmortem.
The murder, within days of another such incident in the locality, is stated to be the fallout of family feud.
