Odia film director Sisir Kumar Sahu’s movie Swaha is going to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
Sisir has made two other movies in the past, Farcha and Raja. Sisir told a television channel that Swaha is a poetic presentation of Odia literature. It deals with generation gap when two authors, one an old man and the other a young girl, meet. The movie has been produced by Pradeep Sahu, assistant producer being Pinaki Singh.
