Odisha COVID Update: Cases Still Over 10,000, TPR 14.95%; Check Details
Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 10,489 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, including 982 in the 0-18 age group, testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The daily caseload was 11,177 on Sunday, 10,856 on Saturday, 10,273 on Friday and 10,059 on Thursday.
According to the I & PR Department, 6,082 of the new infections are from quarantine and 4,407 local contacts. The highest cases were reported from Khurda (2,934) followed by Sundargarh (1,447) and Cuttack (786).

With 70,117 samples tested, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 14.95 per cent against 14.49 per cent on Sunday, 14.48 per cent on Saturday, 13.56 per cent on Friday and 12.40 per cent on Thursday.
Odisha now has 75,797 active cases.
