Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has appointed Senior IAS officer Debasis Singh as the additional secretary in the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
An official notification in this regard was issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on Wednesday.
Prior to his new appointment, Singh was posted as additional secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department of the state government.
“Shri Debasis Singh, IAS(SCS-2015), Additional Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department is appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, General Administration & Public Grievance Department”, the notification reads.
