Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has re-engaged Chandra Sekhar Padhi, retired engineer-in-chief (EIC) in the Water Resources, as OSD-cum-EIC in the department for a period of six months.
A notification in this regard was issued by the Department of Water Resources on Thursday.
“Government after careful consideration have been pleased to re-engage Sri Chandra Sekhar Padhi, Retd EIC, WR as OSD-cum-EIC, WR for a period of 6 months with effect from the date of his joining,” the notification read.
Consequent upon re-engagement, Padhi is entitled to get the remuneration and other allowances as per provision contained in a resolution issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on September 12, 2024, it said.
