The act of the BJD leader has become a hot topic of discussion in different circles after the scene shot during the event organised by Muslim Youth Committee went viral on social media. The Minister has come under criticism from different circles over his action.
The Minister was not immediately available for comment.
It may be recalled here that Nayak was in news recently for shaking a leg during a cultural event at Sunaripada in Sundargarh district as part of the Ganesh Utsav.
The Minister, who was a guest at the event, was seen on the stage when Hindi movie song ‘main hun don’ was being played. The senior BJD leader soon started dancing to the tune as the artist in him stepped out. Amid applause from the audience, Nayak continued to entertain those present at the event for quite some time.
However, many people, particularly those from his area, have raised questions about his performance as a Minister and elected representative.
