Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw one more corona death on Wednesday, taking the toll to six.
According to Health Department sources, the deceased is a 70-year-old man of Khurda district. He was admitted to AIIMS Emergency on Tuesday with respiratory distress and passed away the same day. He had a history of co-morbidity of hypertension.
This is third death from Khurda district. While two more patients had succumbed to the virus in Ganjam, one belonged to Cuttack.
Meanwhile, the affected tally in the state has reached 1052 with 74 new cases being reported from 10 districts.
