Bhubaneswar: Experienced Odisha shooter Sriyanka Sarangi has been selected in the Indian team which will participate in the Germany leg of the ISSF Shooting World Cup 2025.
The 30-year-old Sriyanka, who hails from Sambalpur, will compete in women’s 50m 3P rifle category at the Munich World Cup, to be held from June 7 to 15.
This will be Sriyanka’s third World Cup appearance this year, following the first two legs held at Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Lima (Peru). She qualified for the finals in the Lima event, and secured eighth position.
At Munich, Sriyanka will be hoping to repeat of better her bronze-winning effort in the 2022 World Cup meet in Cairo.
