Sundargarh: Vigilance officials conducted simultaneous searches on the properties of Sundargarh Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Biswajit Mohapatra in a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case on Friday.
During searches so far, the following assets have been unearthed:
* Over Rs 2 crore found in FDs, savings accounts and insurance premiums.
* Gold weighing 350 gm
* He recently started a cement business in the name of his wife. Cement godown is opposite his house in Balianta, Bhubaneswar
* Rs 32 lakh deposited in Mutual Funds
* Rs 2 lakh in NPS
* Over Rs 3 lakh cash
* Double-storied building at Naharkanta, Bhubaneswar, worth about Rs 89 lakh
* Flat at Asiana, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar
10 plots in Bhubaneswar and Jagatsinghpur
* Plot at Naharkanta College Road, Balianta, Bhubaneswar, measuring 5,000 sqft
