Bhubaneswar: Pawan Kumar Agrawal is the new Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT).
He is currently serving as Director and ADG of National Agricultural Science Fund (NASF)-Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi.

Chancellor of Universities and Governor Ganeshi Lal on Friday appointed Agrawal to the post for a period of three years with effect from the date of joining.
His appointment was necessitated as Surendra Nath Pasupalak had resigned as VC in March this year after being accused of misusing his official position, manipulating records for personal benefits and erroneous advertisements in recruitment for Krishi Vigyan Kendras of OUAT .
